Madeleine Kelly is a native
of Sweden, she speaks six languages fluently including Scandinavian,
English, Japanese, French, Spanish and Italian. She spent over
7 years in Japan with extensive studies in Ikebana, Shoji &
Tea Ceremony Classes. Madeleine's
Miami Beach experience began in 1997 when she joined Costa
Cruise Lines as its Guest Relations Manager and later joined
the Tides Hotel as Concierge at South Beach's famed Ocean
Drive. Madeleine continued to offer her Concierge services
and event planning to luxury condominiums in South Beach for
Zom Properties and The Continental Group.
She also brings added experience from prior positions at the
Knickerbocker Hotel in Chicago, the U.S. Grant Hotel
in San Diego, a Wyndham Historic Hotel and the Sergel
Plaza, Hotel in Stockholm, Sweden.
